I’m working with Veeva to develop the industry solution of Follow-up WeChat（Veeva’s Approved WeChat）which is integrated Veeva CRM/Vault with Tencent WeChat’s Enterprise/Service accounts.
FuWeChat can be accessed on the go. Field forces are able to share the customized MLR-approved content with target customers per their specific requests. On the other side, customers will receive individualized medical content through the integrated WeChat public account based on their needs. Besides, they can also share their feedbacks with our customer facing roles in the face-to-face visits.
